127: Tech Recruiting with William Tincup

Listen Later

In this week’s Immigration Law for Tech Startups podcast, I am thrilled to be joined by William Tincup, an expert in tech recruiting who wears many hats – writer, speaker, advisor, consultant, investor, storyteller, and teacher. He is the president and editor at large of recruitingdaily.com, as well as the host of two podcasts, The Use Case Podcast and The RecruitingDaily Podcast.

William is also a venture partner at Evergreen Mountain Equity Partners and serves on the advisory board or board of directors of more than 20 human resources tech startups, consulting with them on everything from products and sales to business models, pivoting, go-to-market strategies, user adoption, and M&A.

Listen in as William shares some strategies and insights into how to grow the tech talent in the U.S., whether in-person or remote work – which has everything to do with effective marketing.
