I stumbled upon this article and kind of chuckled to myself, expecting to see trendy, paid-for "expert-rated" diets.
But I HAD to highlight this article for being science-based and focusing on HEALTH and PRACTICALITY.
Although it lists 5 separate diets, they all have a VERY similar pattern to them, which I think explains itself.
