Welcome to all Doughboys listeners. I want to remind all of you that though doughboys is a fun comedy podcast, this is not a comedy show. This is for a more serious, thought out discussion of Heathcliff as a comic and cultural icon. There may be jokes, but they will be from the strip itself! I have seen some misgivings about my intent because of the link to the doughboys podcast, and want to make this clear to everyone. I will read a statement regarding this on tomorrow's episode.
