128. Court Issues Pause on Dakota Access Pipeline Shutdown, a NEPA Update, and Oil Storage in New Mexico
The Shale Law Podcast for this week reviews an administrative stay, temporarily halting the shutdown of the Dakota Access Pipeline; a Final Rule from the U.S. Council on Environmental Quality updating procedural provisions in NEPA; a grant awarded to the New Mexico Environmental Department to support its underground oil storage tank program; FERC's approval of an extension of time for Delfin LNG, LLC's LNG export facilities in Louisiana; and the extension of a moratorium on new oil and gas development applications by the Boulder County Board of County Commissioners.
