He is also an expert in BIOMECHANICS, and the author of a ground-breaking new book called "The Physics of Resistance Exercise", which is turning the traditional weight training paradigm upside. Doug is the first person in the history of the fitness industry to outline the 16 biomechanical factors which determine the value of an exercise -- allowing us to evaluate the productivity, efficiency, and safety of each exercise.
