Ian Inman's story is one of triumph over adversity, a testament to the human spirit and the power of faith. Growing up, Ian faced significant challenges as he struggled to escape the destructive influence of an alcoholic mother. In search of a way out, he dropped out of high school his junior year, a decision that would shape his life in unexpected ways.​

For three years, Ian gave himself over to a life of partying, drinking, and drugs. A path that ultimately led him to burn out and to reassess his priorities. Determined to turn his life around, he made the difficult decision to go back to school and earn his high school diploma at the age of 20. Soon after, he joined the US Army, where he discovered a passion for excellence and a drive to succeed as a way to make up for the life he previously lived.​

Over the course of his military career, Ian distinguished himself as a warrior and a leader, winning five Best Warrior Competitions and two Special Forces Commando Competitions. He completed the coveted US Army Airborne and Air Assault Schools, and deployed across Africa, Afghanistan, and Europe, supporting missions across the globe. His accomplishments earned him a reputation as one of the most talented and capable soldiers in his unit, and his dedication to service and excellence inspired those who served alongside him. He did all of this all while battling a divorce, suicide, and renouncing his faith to become agnostic.​

Shortly after conquering his military career, Ian embarked on a new journey as an entrepreneur, founding a marketing agency that nearly allowed him to buy out of his military contract. However, his desire for fame and power led him down a path of self-destruction, and he lost everything he had worked for. Now he was on the verge of medical separation after 10 years of service for deployment related injuries. Without a backup plan and a second divorce on the way, he spent 2 straight years not being able to drive, in the hospital weekly, not being able to be exposed to the environment, and fighting a brutal health battle which almost claimed his life on multiple occasions.​

It wasn't until Ian reclaimed a genuine relationship with Jesus again that he was able to turn his life around and begin a new journey of helping others. Today, he is a renowned speaker, author, business developer, coach and investor, whose principles of revenue generation and sustainable growth are built to withstand the test of time. He draws upon his own experiences to provide a roadmap for others looking to find success in their entrepreneurial journey.​
