All leaders (in politics AND in business) should be held accountable.
That's why I LOVED the idea of the accountability executive team Sam Rubin told me on our interview.
As entrepreneurs, we all need accountability teams. Teams that will be real with us and honest about our shortcomings.
Business owners who live in their heads and never seek foreign opinion won't survive in the long term because they are too busy thinking about how awesome they are and how genius their plan is.
But business is a game of realism. The sooner we realize it, the better solution and products we will offer.
If you want to learn how to design your own accountability systems, check out my interview with Sam Rubin on episode 128 of the Business Growth Accelerator Show!
Here's what Sam and I covered on the show:
💥 Why The Customer isn't Always Right
💥 How To Build A Great Company Culture
💥 The Value Of Solving Hidden Problems
💥 And so much MORE!
