Well... I'm here to tell you this:

Selling is not evil.

Selling is not bad.

Selling is not manipulating people.

5 years ago, when I was starting, I did made cold calls.

I did got rejected.

Laughed at.

People told me I didn't know what I was doing.

I was a random dude calling people pitching websites.

I was terrified to take the phone.

That's why I built in my mind that wrong idea about sales.

And let me tell you, we are all sales people.

We sell ourselves.

We sell the idea on going to eat sushi instead of burgers.

We sell our friends to go partying.

Etc...

Anyway, after being rejected and embarrassed when selling I still wanted to make money.
