There's no success without sacrifice!! 

I was recently inspired by a book I read , "The Power of Focus" I couldn't put it down.

A word that really stuck out and resonated with me is tenacity and the the importance of determination not just consistancy. 

So many people arn't willing to go to the end to get results. They want them NOW. 

Whether its business, health, fitness or relationships we have all got to put the work in at some point. But its a known fact that people give up or quit at the first hurdle.

44% of salespeople give up after their FIRST call... that's quite a socking percentage. 

People don't have the determinatio to build a business for 3 years, but have the patience to work for 40 years waiting for a result. 

Consistancy and determination work better combined
