Kosta Telegadas is a leader in strength and conditioning for tactical athletes and martial artists all over the world. He found physical training a necessity to grow up playing sports, help prevent injury, & give back to the country that has given his family so much over the generations. He is a published author, sought-after podcast guest, guest lecturer, SME for several organizations, & a lover of anything in the world of mixed martial arts. Telegadas received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Longwood University in 2016 and went on to the University of Miami (FL) to receive his Master of Science in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in strength and conditioning in 2018. Kosta Telegadas brings an extensive background with over a decade's worth of experience in Division 1 college sports, professional athletics, EXOS, NCSF, NSCA, & the US government. He spends his free time running his side business for online clients, Telegadas Performance Training, and writing manuals/textbooks to push the field of human performance forward. Telegadas has also served as an SME for several organizations, such as GQ UK, The Sunday Times, Teambuildr, Brainz Magazine, & multiple martial arts studios globally.
