There’s a phase of life nobody really prepares you for — the moment when your current life still works… but it no longer feels like your future.
In this episode, I talk about what I call the in-between season — the uncomfortable space between who you were and who you’re becoming.
If you’ve been feeling restless at work, quietly building new goals, or sensing that your ambitions have outgrown your current reality, this conversation is for you.
⸻
In this episode we talk about:
• Why this phase feels so uncomfortable
• The three biggest mistakes people make during transitions
• How to build the runway while still on the job
• The emotional reality of outgrowing your old life
• Why feeling stuck can actually mean you’re growing

Every man remembers the moment that reshaped him.
This episode uncovers the event that shattered my old life and forced me to rebuild from the ground up.
No filters. No ego. Just the truth.
This is where my journey begins
We all can be hard on ourselves during the challenging times of life, but if we can learn to give ourselves more grace we can reset and build ourselves from there.
Life is hard as we know it.
There will be many distractions that will deviate us and take us off track towards our goals and dreams.
What we must do is reroute and embrace that chaos by finding that inner peace.
We do that by silencing what doesn’t add value to us anymore. Take back our power by doing what we are avoiding.
Take a moment to JUST BE. FEEL what you feel. SIT IN IT. Let it pass.
Find the peace in that chaos by embracing it and learning to overcome that by being aware of when you feel that “chaos” coming to the surface.

Stories matter
People matter
Share your story because each and everyone one of us has a story to tell that is unique to us!
Don’t wait, start now! Share something with your local barista. A stranger. Your uber driver.
Together we can be more inspired if we simply just shared.
No matter what age or where you are at in life, it’s never to late to reinvent yourself whether if it’s in health fitness or your career.
Also, be a little more curious about others. We all have a story to share.
When you express what you like and stand true to that you are expressing your true self.
When you are masking reshaping what you like just to conform to people you are trying to please, that is not the true you.
Have faith. Build community of like minded people. Most of all pray to have more courage to keep going.
It is a lonely path, but along the way you will meet people who have a dream a goal just like you.
Your job is not to shrink yourself, your job is to expand self and have others support you and root for you to be the best YOU.
Lastly, if you have god jn your corner you cannot lose .
He puts challenges adversity on your path because he wants you to suffer so that you can BUILD YOU into a stronger version to be able to step into the door your suppose to walk into
Eveything in life is temporary.
The wins the losses the pain. Keep pushing keep moving forward.
When you do win, celebrate but for 24hrs. When those 24 hours are up. Those wins are irrelevant the next day. The new day is another opportunity to win.
We will lose more than we win, that is why we must keep pushing and stack as many wins by focusing on winning the day by controlling what we can control.
Our habits:
Read 10 pages
Our diet
Work out
Drink water
No alcohol/drugs
Focus on winning the day and you will begin to build momentum and self confidence to build yourself into the best version of yourself
If I had to go back to my 20s I would use that time to build me into the best version of myself.
Your 20s need to be spent using your time and resources into chasing your goals and dreams.
Not wasting that time on chasing girls, partying, drinking and doing drugs and trying to “BE COOL”.
