THIS pious and zealous priest was a native of Wexford. 

At the risk of his life he used to comfort the flock confided to his care, and encourage them to persevere in the profession of the faith of their fathers, at a time when the heretics were persecuting the Catholics cruelly. 

Wherefore he was seized by them, and hanged and quartered in Dublin November 12th, 1610.
