When you start ANY kind of a business, there is nothing more imperative to your success than community. You need strong community within your staff, you need a strong community within your customer base, and just as important- you need a community of other entrepreneurs going down the same challenging path. 

Entrepreneurship to many is a game, but it's not a game that you get to choose the level of intensity. And as they say, if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. The same rule applies in business. Success in the game is going to require a lot of vulnerability around the right people who will hold the line of accountability, and it's a process that needs you to be open and honest with yourself.
