Barking dogs... everyone's heard 'em. Everyone's probably lived near one.

And you can't blame the dog. Barking is what they do. I think most conservatives would blame the owner. And the owner should be doing something about it.

In most of Iceland, it's legal to shoot your neighbor's dog if it's barking. Is that the right thing? 

Be kind. Have grace. Give the benefit of the doubt. Seek common ground. Don't be afraid to ask questions. And never make assumptions about what people are thinking... or why.
