13: Becoming Self-Aware and Removing Limiting Beliefs

This week we are thinking: self-awareness. Limiting beliefs. What do we do to stay small?

How can we be more self-aware? It’s a hard one.

We're also discussing the benefits of working out in the morning (essentially doing movement) - it will help you manifest the things that you really do want in your life. With motion, brings a level of energy that creates this positivity to be infuse through our soul and our body.

It’s easy to want to stay in your warm bed and allow your mind/ego to take over - the secret is jumping out of bed before your mind has a chance to talk your body out of it.

Being aware of your chatter that happens in our minds unconsciously that talks us out of doing things. It’s important to shake things up and not stick with your habits. It may sound very  simple but it’s really not that easy. Our ego is tough to get past.

Believe so hard in your life  - believe so hard in everything that you could ever want and meditate with it like it’s already happened. For example you could say, “I am in a loving and trusting relationship…” "My business gives me freedom" ...visualize the emotion as if it has already happened.
