Full Recipe (All Grain 1 Gallon):

2lb 6 oz Pale Malt 2-Row

4 oz Munich Malt

2.7 oz Crystal 60L

.8 oz Crystal 120L

.5 oz Roasted Malt

Mash for 60 mins at 153 Degrees F

Boil:

.09 oz Columbus hops 20 min

.19 oz Mosaic hops 15 min

.19 Amarillo hops 10 min

15 Minute Whirlpool Additions:

.19 oz Amarillo

.19 oz Mosaic

Yeast:

3.3 grams Safale US-05
