Today I celebrate! I celebrate the 2 back surgeries I start 2019 with.

I celebrate the darkness

I celebrate the anxiety, overwhelm, guilt and depression

I celebrate the fact that I didn’t let those surgeries define me or my year! 

I celebrate the fact that those surgeries broke me in almost every way. They broke the walls that I’d built to protect me. They forced me to look at my insecurities and BS beliefs.

I celebrate that I am stronger not that I have ever been. Mentally physically and spiritually.

I celebrate that I can use what I now know, what I’ve learned to help others.

I celebrate the opportunity to follow my dream and passion, stepping into the life coach role- empowering women to find the confidence, strength and power they have.

Every.damn.thing happens FOR us. It’s up to you to decide if you are going to let the challenging experiences defeat you or if you can rise TF up and become MORE than you were before! 

I want you to be•do•have MORE.
