Work in Progress

13 | Channel your inner entrepreneur with Kate Toomer

Listen Later

My guest for today’s episode is Kate Toomer. Kate runs Dogs Club – a fun agility and dog training business in Brighton and the surrounding areas. Kate started out working in hospitality – and then successfully applying for a cabin crew role with BA – flying all over the world for over 8 years. She’s also set up, run a successful Brighton-based coffee shop before starting her dog training and agility business back in 2016.

In this episode Kate shares the highs and lows of entrepreneurship and how even though she never felt like someone who could run her own business, she’s done it anyway. Her passion for what she does comes across so clearly in this episode and it was a joy to record. If you’re in Brighton and own a dog, check out Kate’s website www.dogsclub.co.uk. I hope you enjoy this episode!
