On this week's episode of Brews and Beatdowns Matt talked to Cody Hawk. Cody talked about the state of Independent wrestling and how it's in a great spot right now. Matt and Cody also talked about Cody's new promotion "Future Great Wrestling" and some of the hurdles he and his fellow wrestlers/promoters had to go through with city council in order to launch this promotion. They end the show with Cody talking about Dean Ambrose, a wrestler he's trained, coming to Cincinnati to train with him as he recovers from an injury, a piece that is featured on the WWE Network.
