This recording guides you through a sittting meditation.  It jumps right in WITHOUT instruction.  It uses the technique of counting breath cycles to transition from anchoring on numbers to anchoring on the breath.   The ending is intentionally soft so that the listener may continue to sit riding the breath without interruption.
