In this week's episode we are joined by friend of the pod - Dara! We share our opinions of the term "women of colour". We discuss the contexts in which we would refer to ourselves as "women of colour" and the limitations of using the phrase in order to categorise all non-white people. We talk about gatekeeping blackness and how slippery the slope can be but how necessary it can be in some circumstances as well.
