In this episode, I'm joined by Dr. Zahir Basrai - an emergency physician who's ever focused on wellness through artistic expression. After experiencing isolation as a post-graduate, Dr. Basrai began writing as a form of therapy and published his writings online with the encouragement of his friends and family. This led to the creation of his passion project, the Physician Grind, a collection narratives and podcasts created by Dr. Basrai and his peers with the goal of building a community for healthcare providers.
