Francesca has been featured in Forbes, Travel & Leisure, and several other major publications. She started off teaching English which led to her starting her blog. Living and blogging about Martinique opened doors for her which later lead to her successful career in the travel industry. 

Despite her success, it didn't come without any struggles. Not only do we talk about how she created this life and career for herself. We also talk about the issues she has faced being a black woman in the travel industry, how little exposure there is of black people in travel and what can be done about it.
