What if I told you that being vulnerable is the first step to healing your inner child and by healing your inner child you are more at peace with yourself? As you become more vulnerable with yourself you can start to forgive others and detach yourself from people who don’t support or resonate with you.

I want to share with you how vulnerability has profoundly impacted my life, particularly in fostering self-compassion and compassion for others. Let’s begin with a story from my own experience.
