Demolished... This is something you typically think of when it comes to construction. But what happens when your life from the inside out goes under construction without your permission? Essentially demolishing the life you once knew.... This breathtaking question was Linda's real life after not one but two life-altering diagnoses. LISTEN, her courage to restart at fifty years of age, will without a question inspire you!
More about Linda:
Linda Plunkett, originally from Ohio and now living in Clearwater, Florida, is already planning her second book. The first was published by Deep River Books in 2016 and tells the story of before, during, and after surrounding brain surgery that Plunkett underwent after having been diagnosed in late 2012 with a brain tumor.
An ordained minister and clinical Biblical psychologist, Plunkett is licensed under the National Christian Counselors Association and has a non-profit called Hope for the Hurting. She is also a speaker and talks to audiences about overcoming memory loss, how to deal with self-esteem issues, and other topics related to her training, counseling, and, of course, the aforementioned experience from six years ago. She is also a professional member of the Bay Area Professional Writers Guild.
Plunkett also has immersed herself in dance, currently learning from a teacher who is number 1 in the country for Latin dancing. She was honored at the Millennium Dance Competition in New Orleans with the "Dance Hero" award following a dance choreographed to depict her successfully overcoming the health challenge (see video here).
Supernatural Rescue: From Broken to Beautiful is available for purchase through Amazon and through BarnesAndNoble.com, among other outlets.
