Juniper has been used as tree of medicine and magic for thousands of years. Used by the Mesopotamians, Egyptians, Romans, Greeks, Native Americans, Eastern Europeans, and so many more. It was used from expelling evil spirits, enhancing clairvoyance, to curing fart attacks and menstrual cramps. In fact, the origins of Gin began with religious and alchemical intent. 

How is it that in our modern day we only use it to make alcohol ?!
