Liz joined me on the sofa to talk about her career in the RAF, her transition to civilian life and coming to terms with life in covid lockdown. With her Mental Health in decline, Liz succumbed to the "Drift" and decided to commit suicide. Thankfully, she was saved and has now made it her purpose to talk Honestly, Openly and Willingly to help others in the same position.
