In this episode, our host, Johnathan Pach, chats to Paul Bec, a living embodiment of experimentation, a world-traveller, and an overall great person.

The guys talk a bit about isolation as a result of COVID-19, and Paul gives an insight into how he has managed to cope with these challenging and unprecedented times.

The guys also discuss the boost in creativity that they have witnessed during this period of lockdown. Paul and Johny go on to chat about the notion of mindfulness and consider how mindfulness can allow people to escape the overwhelming amount of negativity in the world.

The discussion moves on to examine other key notions such as spiritual wellbeing, gratitude, and self-growth. The pair also chat over another interesting notion: the law of attraction. Paul shares his thoughts on the forces behind the law of attraction, and also considers how one might use the law of attraction to achieve great things in the future.
