In the episode we will be hearing from Mia Madafferi of Grey Rock Consulting.
Mia is a proud mum who spent 16 years as a lawyer navigating complex disputes across a variety of industries.
As an experienced lawyer, trained to stick to the facts and leave emotion out, she found this difficult to do personally and sought out help.
