Valerie shares, "Some where between the first four businesses and starting this one. I had a day job in a, in an advertising agency and I was a project manager, so I wasn't really on the advertising side, but I was picking up as much as I could. so I was dealing with deadlines and details. That's what I'm good at.

But I really wanted to get out of it. I really, I knew that I wanted the time freedom. I knew that I wanted the money. Freedom. And I knew I wasn't good at working for anybody. I was kind of struggling in that, in that day job, my mom said to me, well, you do have a problem with authority, which I thought was really weird because like, I was the never get in trouble kid.

When I think of somebody who has a problem with authority, I think of them as like a rebel and I don't really see myself that way. So I looked and thought, what does that really mean?

I can see something and I think I could do it better. I think I could do it differently. I think I realized, I think differently. I think in business models, I think in opportunity and that's what I think she meant by that. I've always had that in me - to be an owner.

In this podcast, we will talk about how to press through the mind drama and create the business you meant to create.
