This week on the podcast is Em Jamieson, RN, BSN. Em started her nursing career at Duke University in North Carolina. She fell in love with the oncology specialty during her Capstone project in nursing school. She started he career in oncology and then started travel nursing. She eventually landed in Houston and has been working in one of MD Anderson's outpatient oncology clinics.

Em takes us through her nursing journey and really highlights her passion for oncology. She educates us on how oncology is organized. She shares with us what her current job entails and gives information on other positions possible for nurses within this specialty. She also gives nurses who want to work with this patient population, some sage advice.
