Rita Winthrop, you probably know her from her witty Instagram and yummy food blog - she is a mommy to be, very soon - and now that the cat is out of the bag, I can now say she has been amazing through my own pregnancy.

The day we taped this podcast, I was early on and wasn’t feeling my greatest. Rita brought me a pregnancy survival kit. Bagels, cream cheese, ginger, you name it, I had it. It was incredibly thoughtful and truly helpful, but that’s just the person she is.

I think this episode is timely because I almost everyone I know is pregnant or will be soon. We touch on her pregnancy journey from way before conception to now (only 8 weeks out). We chat about food, duh and how to turn what you have your in pantry, into a yummy and simple meal anyone can make plus some other stuff mixed in. Enjoy!
