Ryan Cotter is the head strength and conditioning coach for MLS team Real Salt Lake and has a plethora of NCAA experience as well. We originally were introduced to Ryan during his time as a UMD strength coach for men's lacrosse, soccer and gymnastics... but also has had experience working with football, baseball, softball, golf, basketball and more at places like the University of Georgia, Northern Arizona, and Utah.
