Preparing for sleep is more important than you may think. Staying up an extra hour may not sound like a big deal, but it can ruin your productivity for the next day. Make sure that you have a set schedule for when you go to sleep and when you wake up, have a nightly routine, and use your mind & body all day so you are tired by the time you go to bed.
