That Change Show, EP #13 - The Change Equation is Wrong!

Don't shoot the messenger! I wrote about this 7 years ago and it's reared its ugly head on Linked In and someone asked me if my perspective has changed about The Change Equation (Tippett's version, not Beckard-Harris).
