In this episode of The Khancept, we ask ourselves a fundamental human question: Where does human suffering begin & how do we challenge it?
Sara Lahey's life work has been in the study and enhancement of the human condition. Lahey is currently completing her graduate degree in Human Development at Harvard University. After being exposed to a variety of negotiation modalities through Harvard Law School, she is pursuing further opportunities to drive monumental change on the forefront of humanity.
An expert in addressing the roadblocks for happiness and staying resilient in the face of extreme challenges, Lahey believes some of her greatest learnings have come from active curiosity and a passion for people.
Lahey is a former TedX speaker and the founder of the Hunting Happiness Project as well as the Little Steps Good Life, both about improving life experiences, building better community systems, and advocating for happier children, parents, and families around the world.
