Comedian, writer, and thespian Charlie Lewin drops into Mayors Office and they discuss Palsville's Pissteen Chapel, when local tile mistress Genevieve Kneecap (formerly Brecht) bangs on the door! They all discuss how the mayor and Ms. Kneecap met (at an orgy, of course) and concoct a plan to get Charlie abroad to study his craft. And along the way, Charlie and Genevieve get engaged?! What a wild time we have in Palsville!
