Crew's Next? - The Podcast About Film

13. The Railway Man

Listen Later

After finishing Outlaw King in the previous episode James and Elsa picked a film from the filmography of the Focus Puller Theo Berman and arrived at 2013's The Railway Man.

The Railway Man tells the story of a former British Army officer, who was tortured as a prisoner of war at a Japanese labor camp during World War II, discovers that the man responsible for much of his treatment is still alive and sets out to confront him.

Crew's Next is THE podcast about film. Every other week, join James Albarn and Elsa Grace as they review and discuss a film that they have chosen from the filmography of a crew member that worked on the previous film they discussed. They start with Christopher Nolan's Prestige but who knows where they will end up as each different crew members filmography takes them to different years, genres and, let's be honest, quality levels!
