After the last episode and the feedback I got, I thought it was imperative that I begin this series.

“The Unlearning” is going to be a thought-provoking series where I discuss common societal norms, culture and practices that I think deserve to be thrown into the bin!

It is easier to see the other side of the story when you’re the one telling it. Today, I talk about letting go of unrealistic expectations and extending grace to others in times when they’re unable to fulfill our wants/needs. 💕
