He’s the co-founder of ilo Studios, a community-driven sauna and ice bath house blending breathwork, science, and Nordic recovery traditions. What started as Show Up (sunrise beach sessions that grew into a 300-person community) has now turned into a funded wellness hospitality concept that recently opened. Jake brings a grounded, business-minded approach to wellness—focused on real experiences, founder-led storytelling, and building spaces where joy, effort, and community intersect.
