A very important part of wild food and outdoor cooking is the heat source. However, cooking with wood is so much more than heat. There are so many different ways to use wood to impart flavour profiles in your wild harvested dishes. In this episode we chat with filmmaker Kevin Kossowan about his "Wood Library" and some of the ways that he uses wood in the wild.
