We learn about what goes in to adding car washes to our stores, the science involved with the different soaps and waters, the efficiency and environmental enhancements that have been made recently, and what might be coming up on the car wash horizon. Shannon also shares some secrets about when the best time of day to get a car wash is, and how exactly the scent of our car wash came to be.
