This episode’s guest is Grant Raney. Grant is the CEO of Environmental Impact Solutions and VP of Land at Impact Energy Operating. As a fellow OKC energy entrepreneur, it was great to sit down with Grant and talk in person about the different energy start-ups he has going on.
 
This episode we discuss what it is like starting an upstream production company. We talk about how Impact Energy sources deals and the metrics they look for in acquisitions. The conversation goes into what it is like for Grant partnering with his Dad on their upstream operations and how cool it is to be able to work with family. Lastly, we talk about Environmental Impact solutions and how they are helping oil & gas companies clean up their operations.
