On this weeks show we are talking about two important facts in business. The first, “to build something for generations, that something must be bigger than one person!” The second, “it takes a village to raise a business.” Both of these topics have one theme in common… they focus on inviting others into your space to add value and help you grow your situation. We have to stop the “lone wolf” approach. We have to stop thinking it’s a badge of honor to build everything by yourself all the time. In this season, I encourage you to reach out to others and see where you can add value. Help someone build something that will last generations. Be gracious and share your talents!
