It is easy as leaders to think we are alone, when in reality that is a simple choice. Just like it is a choice to open up and talk about something, it is a choice to walk through life alone. Yes, we may have fears and challenges talking to others, but leading alone is a choice. 

We have people around us that want to be a part of something bigger and when we serve them and make them better, they will make us better. But yet again, it is a CHOICE. 

Make the choice this week to be team driven and to have a swim buddy.
