Cyndi Lee is the first female Western yoga teacher to fully integrate yoga asana and Tibetan Buddhism in her practice and teaching. In 1998, she founded the OM yoga Center in NYC, which became a mecca for yogis worldwide. She is an outstanding yogi and I have had the privilege of studying within her online courses. She is one of the main reasons I got into restorative yoga. In today's episode we discuss her background in Tibetan Buddhism and how she integrates it into her teachings.
