Broadway actress and singer Sharon Wheatley joins us on the show this week to talk about her 7-year-journey with the musical Come From Away, which after 1500+ performances and 4 years on Broadway, will come to a close on October 2nd. Sharon talks about the biggest differences she’s noticed about pursuing a career on Broadway, in particular how actors audition now, the importance of having self-confidence in your own creativity, and also talks about her book “Drive: Stories From Somewhere In The Middle Of Nowhere” which she wrote during the height of the pandemic on a cross-country trip with her teenager.
