The more I start to assess the last couple of days of my wallets being exploited and conversations with OpenSea and Metamask and the lack of control or innovation available in today's NFT marketplaces, including Looks Rare.
IT hit me that as much as we talk about centralization vs decentralization and we talk about this NFT space valuing speculation and FOMO. The place we should be focusing on isn't the metaverse or the next coolest utility to come rather identifying the basics that work and finding new ways to improve them. The question I have is how can we help empower collaboration and co-creation if while trying to control how and where NFTs innovate.
How do we focus only on decentralization vs centralization when really there is going to be a hybrid world of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 that isn't linked to either as far as innovation and barriers to entry..
