Tom moves to New York and immediately turns 30, and Tim is there to welcome him after getting back from a killer weekend in our nation's capital. He discovers that DC might have the most booze bags per capita, and also has a run-in with a descendant of his favorite spy. Meanwhile, Tom gets to New York and immediately gets called out for pretending some old stuff was new.
