With daylight savings time shaking things up, I’m sharing 3 simple, but powerful things you absolutely need to make this season to boost your energy, stay productive, and keep moving forward. One thing that I share about in this episode is my light therapy lamp! I’m in Canada and the winter months can get pretty dark. Adding in a light therapy lamp to my routine helps me to get that much-needed vitamin D that I’m missing during the summer months. It works to mimic natural sunlight! Isn’t that neat.
